We understand that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your participation in a workshop or consultation. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the preparation and resources invested in providing our services.

Workshops:

1. Cancellation by Participant:

   • If you cancel your workshop booking more than 14 days before the scheduled date, you will receive a full refund.

   • If you cancel between 7 to 14 days before the workshop, you will receive a 50% refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your workshop booking up to 7 days before the scheduled date at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the workshop may incur a fee.

3. Cancellation by Dr. Ellie Hambly:

   • In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled by Dr. Ellie Hambly, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop date.

Consultations:

1. Cancellation by Participant:

   • If you cancel your consultation appointment more than 48 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

   • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling:

   • You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

3. Cancellation by Dr. Ellie Hambly:

   • If Dr. Ellie Hambly needs to cancel your consultation appointment, you will be offered the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.

Financial Assistance: If finances are a barrier to accessing our workshops or consultations, please reach out to discuss options for financial assistance. We are committed to making our services accessible to all who need them.
